3. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

4.2 Cancellations by Austin Cricket Academy

If we need to cancel a session due to weather, coach unavailability, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Membership Terms

Membership packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions may be carried forward subject to our policies but cannot be refunded.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the sole use of the registered member.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow safety guidelines and coach instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate attire and equipment
• Refrain from behavior that disrupts training or endangers others

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership for violations of our code of conduct.

7. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, cricket is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Austin Cricket Academy maintains liability insurance but is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage except where caused by our negligence.

Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and ensuring they are physically fit to participate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Austin Cricket Academy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
